Ordering Procedure
  • Established vendors and current clients send purchase order
with quantity desired.

  • All other orders must be pre-paid before shipment will be made. If you would
    like to become an established vendor/client with Richardson Publishing you will
    need to fill out an application form. Click here for email and write
"credit application" in the subject line of the email.

Payment Method: All orders requiring pre-payment may use a standard check
made out to: Richardson Publishing or email payment through
www.PayPal.com to coachrik@aol.com.

Terms: Net 30 days from date of invoice. A finance charge of 3% per month will be
added to all overdue balances over 60 days.

Resale Numbers: Florida book dealers / vendors must include their resale number
with their order.

Shipping: Books are shipped via USPS "media rate." Shipping is FOB Altamonte
Springs, Florida. Contact Richardson Publishing directly for UPS, FedEx, or other
overnight, 2nd day shipping services.

Shortages or non-receipt must be reported in writing within 30 days of the order
date directly to the Richardson Publishing office.

Damaged Goods: Richardson Publishing is not responsible for books that may be
damaged in transit. Send all claims to the carrier / shipping service.

Promotional Materials: Contact Richardson Publishing for artwork relating to any of
our publications for use in your catalogs or at your web site.

Pre-Paid STOP orders from established book dealers - $15.75 plus $5.00 shipping
