Coach Rik is a former gymnast and competitor through Temple University, a gymnastics club owner, and gymnastics coach for over thirty years. Coach Rik is the author of over sixty different books, reports, and CD's on the sport of gymnastics and he will be happy to provide information, guidance, and suggestions to help with your particular concern. All consults are held in the strictest confidence. All phone consults must be scheduled in advance and all fees banked before the consult takes place.
